The Recruiter identifies business needs from a resourcing perspective through working closely with clients, finding and attracting the right candidates, developing relationships with the clients, and then offering and delivering an opportunity which satisfies the needs of all parties. The recruiter is responsible for meeting individual placement objectives by sourcing, assessing and negotiating offers. The recruiter provides advice and contributes to the business by consulting on the process, compliance and expectation setting. Additionally, the recruiter partners with HR, Compensation, Benefits, and vendors for successfully meeting client talent objectives.


EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS BS or BA or equivalent work experience.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 2-4 years of human resources experience or a combination of human resources and other relevant professional experience in a direct customer service capacity.
